You’ll embark on a comprehensive training program designed to immerse you in all facets of our operations, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to excel and grow within the company.Your Role:Lead and coordinate private equity transactions, including due diligence, deal execution, and review of legal documentationAnalyse financial statements and prepare well-structured due diligence reportsOversee the collection and verification of due diligence documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsDraft minutes of meetings and other corporate documentsManage a portfolio of clients, handling their corporate and statutory administrationMaintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with the ROC, FSC, and other authoritiesCoordinate KYC/CDD, AML checks, and compliance reviewsIdentify and manage risks in line with applicable regulatory frameworksYour Expertise and QualificationsHigher education e.g. Bachelors degree in business administration or finance preferredAdditional diploma/s in ICSA, ACCA, ACA, STEP or CAIA are considered a plusMinimum of 3–5 years’ experience in the financial service industry (corporate administration, family offices, trusts, etc.), private equity and / or funds offshore industryStrong understanding of AML-CFT regulations, licensing conditions, and compliance processes preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and FrenchSolid organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment, pragmatic but with a high level of attention to detailIntegrity and discretion in handling confidential informationYour ProfileYou are highly motivated, ambitious, and possess a strong work ethicYou excel at working independently, managing multiple priorities, and handling diverse tasks with efficiencyYour organizational and analytical skills are top-notchYou thrive under pressure, consistently meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality with the utmost integrityYou bring a positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude to everything you doWhy Monterosa?Join a company that not only demands excellence but also supports your personal and professional growth.
