Job Description
To manage the daily operations of the factory shop, maximize sales and profitability, and create an attractive shopping experience that encourages repeat customers. The Shop Manager will actively promote our own manufactured products while sourcing and merchandising complementary products from other suppliers to provide customers with greater variety and value.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, reliability, and customer demand. Build a welcoming shopping environment. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
