    Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications & Experience
    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    Professional certification ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent is an advantage.
    3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or Finance.
    Experience across FMCG, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, or other structured corporate environments is preferred.

    Key Performance Indicators KPIs
    Project Schedule Compliance: ≥ 95% of project milestones achieved within the baseline timeline.
    Budget & Cost Control: Variance between planned budget and actual project cost kept ≤ 3%.
    HSE & Safety Compliance: Zero 0 Lost Time Injuries LTI and zero safety violations due to management oversight.
    Quality Compliance Rate: Zero 0 major non-conformities identified during external or regulatory inspections.
    Technical Turnaround: Approval of RFI and drawing revisions within 48 hours to prevent site delays.
    Requirements
    Education: BSc or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    Experience: 5–10 years of verifiable experience in construction project management.
