We are seeking a talented and energetic Mixologist / Bartender with a passion for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
Develop signature cocktails and maintain consistency in drink quality.
Engage with guests professionally and provide beverage recommendations.
Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputable Fine Dining establishment.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
Ability of create signature drinks
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
