Provide academic and administrative leadership across all school departments.
Supervise teachers and ensure quality lesson delivery.
Develop and implement school policies, and improvement plans.
Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain discipline standards.
Organize staff training, meetings, and school events.
Represent the school in external engagements and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field TRCN required.
Must have completed NYSC.
Must have experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must have strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
Must be computer literate
