Job Discription
The Call Verification Officer will be responsible for conducting outbound verification calls to customers
confirming information provided during onboarding and loan application processes
ensuring compliance with internal verification standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information and documentation
Perform prequalification checks based on defined criteria
Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses
Escalate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags identified during calls
Requirements
0-1 year experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Call Centre Operations, Verification, or a related role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Candidates must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs. This is a mandatory requirement.
