Job Description
Clinix Healthcare is seeking a proactive, experienced, and target-driven Corporate Marketer to join our team at the Ilupeju Branch. The ideal candidate will focus on building strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, driving corporate client acquisition, promoting staff health screening packages, and expanding our B2B footprint in Lagos.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with companies for staff health screening packages, wellness programs, and diagnostic services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, corporate organizations, and key decision-makers.
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored for corporate audiences.
Organize corporate health talks, screenings, and wellness events to boost brand visibility and client engagement.
Manage corporate leads, follow-ups, and client retention initiatives.
Track and report on corporate sales performance, revenue targets, and partnership outcomes.
Collaborate with the clinical team to develop attractive corporate health packages and ensure excellent service delivery.
Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and brand guidelines.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in corporate/B2B marketing or sales healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales/revenue targets consistently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presence.
Proficiency in preparing proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing collaterals.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of the Lagos corporate environment and health insurance/ wellness trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Physiology, Biology graduates etc are primary candidates. Marketing, economics etc are secondary only if the have experience and are fast learners
Minimum of 3 years of relevant corporate marketing or sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to make field visits added advantage.
