Job Description
Spatial Data Management & Database Operations
Design & Spatial Data Outputs: Prepare and manage as‑built drawings and design deliverables on the XON platform; maintain GeoServer layers to ensure stakeholder access to accurate spatial data.
Reporting & Planning Support: Produce GIS progress reports and executive dashboards PowerPoint/Power BI; support BOQ generation and integrate field survey data into planning tools.
FTTH Network Planning & Coverage Analysis
Field Team Training & Supervision: Train and oversee field teams on KoboCollect form usage, GPS accuracy, and data submission protocols to ensure reliable data collection.
Data Validation & Quality Control: Validate incoming survey data against MEC Framework QA/QC criteria, identify anomalies, escalate issues, and coordinate corrections.
Field Data & Quality Compliance
Field Data Quality Oversight: Train and supervise field teams on KoboCollect usage, GPS accuracy, and submission protocols; validate incoming survey data against MEC Framework QA/QC standards; identify anomalies, escalate issues, and coordinate corrections.
