Job Description
Job Summary
To coordinate and oversee daily operations across multiple business units under the Group by ensuring operational efficiency, execution, accountability, and smooth interdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate operations across all business units and departments
Monitor operational performance and execution
Enforce reporting structures and operational systems
Track KPIs and departmental performance
Improve operational efficiency and workflow
Prepare operational reports for executive management
Ensure accountability and compliance across teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
5 – 8 years operational management experience. Relevant experience in FMCG, bakery operations, retail chains, logistics, multi-sector operations, or technology systems management.
Person Specification:
Strong leadership, coordination, team management and reporting skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Experience working in structured and fast-growing organizations
Ability to drive execution and accountability
Relevant experience in FMCG, bakery operations, retail chains, logistics, multi-sector operations, or technology systems management.
Experience managing multiple teams or business units
