Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide legal advisory services to management
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across company operations
Manage corporate legal risks and dispute resolution processes
Interface with government agencies, clients, and external solicitors
Support procurement, construction, consulting, and contracting activities with legal guidance
Develop and maintain internal legal policies and procedures
Requirements
Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and government contracting processes
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
