Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations & Growth Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care and cleaning services business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field staff, maintaining high service standards, managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring efficient operational performance.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, customer service, and people management skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in operations management within the Home Care, Cleaning Services, Facilities Management, or Hospitality industry.
Proven experience supervising field staff and managing daily service operations.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
