We’re growing our Risk Management function and are looking for experienced professionals who can use data, strategy, and analytical thinking to strengthen our credit portfolio and drive better business decisions.
This is a strategic, not purely operational, role.
We’re looking for professionals who can analyze trends, identify risks, and develop solutions that improve portfolio quality across the credit lifecycle.

We’re seeking a data-driven professional who can protect portfolio quality by identifying early warning signals and developing proactive collection strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor portfolio health and identify emerging repayment risks.
Develop customer segmentation and intervention strategies.
Analyze repayment behaviour and delinquency trends.
Design early warning and portfolio preservation initiatives.
Generate insights to improve underwriting decisions and reduce defaults.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
4–6 years’ experience in Collections, Credit Risk, or Portfolio Management.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in banking, fintech, or consumer lending is preferred.
