We’re growing our Risk Management function and are looking for experienced professionals who can use data, strategy, and analytical thinking to strengthen our credit portfolio and drive better business decisions.
This is a strategic, not purely operational, role.
We’re looking for professionals who can analyze trends, identify risks, and develop solutions that improve portfolio quality across the credit lifecycle.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can transform portfolio data into smarter lending decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve underwriting policies and credit decision frameworks.
Analyze portfolio performance, default trends, and customer risk.
Develop risk segmentation and approval strategies.
Monitor portfolio quality PAR, NPL, early defaults.
Recommend policy enhancements based on data and portfolio insights.
Partner with business teams to improve portfolio performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7 – 9 years’ experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, or Portfolio Management.
Strong analytical, financial modelling, and data interpretation skills.
Banking, fintech, or financial services experience is preferred.
