We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with strong video editing skills and working knowledge of AI tools.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance content creation, analytics, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling, and community engagement
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to improve performance
Use AI tools to generate content ideas, automate workflows, and optimize campaigns
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Strong video editing skills e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro
Familiarity with AI tools e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, video generation/editing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
