Job Description
Hwange Colliery Company Limited Holdings, a local diversified organisation with investments interest in Mining, Real Estate, Health Care, Agriculture, Energy, and Financial Services has a vacancy for the position of Technical Surveyor under the Mining and Processing Company. This position reports to the Chief Surveyor. The ideal candidate for the post should be organized, creative and analytical with a passion to support the HCL Business Improvement Plan (BIP).

Duties and Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS• Supervise on-site surveys on collecting data on land boundaries, topography, and other physical features using advanced equipment like GPS, GIS, Drones and laser scannersSupervising and ensuring that mine plans are updated and maintained accurately at all times. Developing, implementing, and monitoring survey systems to ensure that open pits and underground departmentscomply with approved design plans and follow standard and set procedures• Provide critical surveying information for the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects• Responsible for the efficient running of the Survey computer room, the softwares, the care and maintenance of all survey equipment• Scheduling duties for mine surveyors and monitoring that jobs are completed on time• Ensuring that regular file archive backups are pertormed and kept in a sate placeAccountable for the observance of the Mining Regulations of Zimbabwe and Company’s Standard Instructions• To check and ensure all survey monthly reports are produced as per survey procedures requirement and ensure that they are submitted to the Chief Surveyor• Prepare and submit all monthly Productivity sheets for the Contractor performance• Development and training of Learner Surveyors• Check and ensure that the survey team has a valid PPE strategy• Ordering consumables needed for efficient running of the survey office and ensure that all instruments are properly adjusted and calibrated to the desired accuracy levels at all times• Oversee and manage site wide regulatory compliance with drone operationsDevelop, plan, implement and monitor the economic and effective operations of the company’s RPA fleet: Monitoring good housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures

Qualifications and Experience
PERSON SPECIFICATIONGood communication skills• Commitment to safety, specific knowledge of the Mines and Minerals Act and Safety Regulations S.I 109 of 1990• Clean Class 4 drivers Licence• Minimum Two (2) years’ experience in a mining environment

Job Description
To competently carryout out all auto-electrical fleet maintenance activities by ensuring consistent service availability to user departments by inspecting, carrying out routine, preventative and scheduled/planned maintenance activities. Should also perform the disassembling and assembling of related equipment and accessories from technical manuals, written procedures and/or verbal instructions while enforcing adherence to all company safety and quality standards including SOPs.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Performing daily and routine maintenance works as instructed or specified on the work orders. Attending to breakdown(s) within area of responsibility and carry out work within specified time to reduce downtime. Competently performing disassembling and assembling of related equipment and accessories from technical manuals and or written procedures. Performing GPS installation on tractors as required. Completing work order documentation after every performed task the same day of occurrence and submit to the Foreman. Ensuring and enforcing all housekeeping and SHE issues within work areas all the time.

Qualifications and Experience
 Time Served Auto-Electrician with at least 5 years’ experience working with light vehicles, tractors, yellow machines, trucks and buses. Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills with high knowledge in today’s computer controlled diagnostic systems. Ability to read and interpret user manuals correctly. A team player with good communication skills.

Job Description
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Assistant Maintenance Planner to support our maintenance planning and workshop operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
