Key Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Receive payments (cash, card, mobile) and issue receipts.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ensure pricing and promotions are applied correctly.
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
Report discrepancies, suspicious activities or incidents to the supervisor.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage.
Minimum of BGCSE / O’ Levels with 5 credits including English
A Certificate in Retail Operations, Business Studies or related field will be an added advantage
