VACANCY PARTNERSHIP ENABLEMENT COORDINATOR (ISP) A leading ICT Company in Botswana looking for a suitably and self-driven individual to apply for the above titled vacancy. Key Duties: • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and Strategic Partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate vendor onboarding procedures and provide necessary resources to new and existing teams.
• Monitor company overall performance in terms of Strategic partnership metrics.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance for vendor partnership levels.
• Maintain and elevate Company’s Partnership status by tracking and ensuring the completion of essential certifications.
• Implement and manage comprehensive training calendars with Strategic Partners to meet certification quotas and expand specializations.
• Support sales teams in vendor-related engagements, providing necessary information and resources to help close deals and grow the business. Requirements: • A Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the ICT or technology sector.
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with vendor partner programs, IT certifications, and compliance structures. The candidate must demonstrate the following Capabilities: • Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with partners and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct audits and reviews.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is required.
