The organisation is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join their team as a Human Resource Officer.

    Key Responsibilities
     

     

    Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures

    Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

    Maintain and update employee records and HR database

    Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems

    Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR standards

    Support employee welfare and disciplinary processes

    Prepare HR reports and documentation as required

    Qualification and Experience
     
     

    Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

    Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices

    Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

    Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

    Qualifications and Experience
     
     

    Bachelor’s degree/Equivalent in Accounting

    Experience with Sage 200 Evolution and Sage Intaact is an advantage
