Key Responsibilities

Performing maintenance on earth moving gear, including bucket refurbishments and try repairs
Fabrication and welding
Technical drawing analysis through interpreting blueprints and specifications to repair or build equipment
Conducting risk assessment, adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring structural integrity
Inspection of equipment for proper functioning
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Boilermaker in a mining environment
Underground mining experience
Skilled worker class One Journeyman card
Ability to read and write reports in English
Strong welding skills
