Role Overview

We are looking for sales-oriented, voice-trained agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technologies. This role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

Have sales experience
Be voice-trained with prior experience in voice support
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Speak fluent, standard English with a professional and polite tone
Have knowledge or experience in IoT, remote management, or software backend systems
Be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and follow-up skills
Stay up to date with music trends and streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
Be a fast learner, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Nice to have

Have experience managing or using audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers)
Be familiar with tools like Salesforce
Be comfortable reading scripts and basic codes

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities
Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
Provide professional and polite responses at all times
Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues

Windows 10 or higher
Minimum 8GB RAM – Intel Core i5 (10th gen or higher)
