Job Description
Customer Service Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement. Offers solutions to guests’ requests and complaints. Carefully supervises the safety of all guests and team members in the pool (especially children), and provides assistance to guests in the pool whenever needed. Helps Mini Club Assistants during mini club activities in the pool. Communication Attends all meetings relevant to beach service whenever required. Health & Safety Prevention Systematically advises guests entering the pool on precautions to be taken (e.g. No Diving). Provides assistance to guests in the pool area to move in case of bad weather or other emergency situations. Rescues or provides First Aid to guests and team members in the pool or at sea and makes proper use of the buoy, whenever required. SPECIFIC ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES Pool Operations Checks that the chlorine level in the pool water is adequate. Ensures the cleanliness of the water and pool surroundings in liaison with the Maintenance Department. Checks that only plastic cups are used around the pool. Ensures that pool deckchairs and mattresses are aligned and clean. Checks that pool umbrellas are opened, clean and in good operating condition, before pool opening hours. QUALIFICATIONS School Certificate/ O Level Certificate in Lifesaving from a recognized institution EXPERIENCE 2-4 Years of Experience in similar position.
