Responsibilities: Inform Supervisor of any complaints Discuss with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement. Promote events and sales of Food and Beverages Ensure proper setting of tables Ensure Cleanining of furniture and equipment in his/her section Responsible for proper set up of tables Serve food and beverages as per the hotel standard Ensure that guests receive efficient service Follow all food and beverage procedures Ensure that all bills are signed after service Qualifications: NC3 Restaurant & Bar Service Minimum Form V 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry Fluent in English and French Strong interpersonal skills
