Job Description
Qualifications/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria COREN is required.
5 – 10 years of proven professional experience in civil and structural engineering, construction supervision, and infrastructure development.
Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers NSE and other relevant professional bodies is highly desirable.
A Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, structural design, or related disciplines will be an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of housing estates, residential developments, infrastructure projects, or large-scale construction projects.
Experience in preparing engineering designs, technical specifications, drawings, and construction documentation.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, or similar design and analysis tools.
