Job Description
Qualifications / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5–10 years of proven professional experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration.
Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria QSRBN is required.
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors NIQS is highly desirable.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives will be an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects.
