Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for engineering, procurement, construction, pipeline, and facilities projects.
This role plays a key part in developing winning bids by reviewing tender requirements, preparing cost breakdowns, obtaining vendor quotations, and ensuring timely submission of compliant bids that enhance the company’s competitiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost estimation, project engineering, or construction within the oil & gas industry.
Experience with pipeline, facilities, EPC, or construction projects.
Experience preparing tender estimates and bid submissions.
Familiarity with NIPEX, e-Tender, and other electronic procurement platforms is an advantage Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent cost estimating and project evaluation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
