Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ensure products are properly displayed in stores.
Increase product visibility and brand awareness.
Maintain good relationships with Distributors.
Submit daily market reports and product visibility pictures.
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market feedback.
Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in merchandising, sales, retail, or marketing is preferred.
Experience in FMCG products is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
Ability to prepare and submit accurate reports.
Proficiency in using smartphones for reporting and taking product visibility pictures.
