Job Description
Job Summary
As the Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of intuitive and scalable digital products.
You will combine user research, product thinking, interaction design, and visual design to simplify complex financial experiences while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through implementation.
Responsibilities
Lead product design from user discovery and problem definition through wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final implementation
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and behavioural analysis to guide design decisions
Create responsive web and mobile interfaces, user flows, component libraries, and scalable design systems
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into accessible and technically feasible experiences
Use AI-powered tools to improve design research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Design, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ product design experience, including experience designing fintech, SaaS, or technology products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of web and mobile products from user research to launch
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, design systems, interactive prototyping, responsive design, accessibility standards, and engineering handoff.
