    Profile

    2–5 years in a similar R&D or process management role.
    Experience in food processing is essential; knowledge of fruit-based snack manufacturing is a plus.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Hands-on mentality with a proactive, positive attitude & Excellent communication skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Discretion in handling confidential information.
    Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
