    Job PurposeTo support the implementation of business growth initiatives by assisting in the developmentof new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and analyzingmarket trends. The role also supports the implementation of marketing and advertisinginitiatives aimed at promoting the institution’s products and services.     Key Responsibilitiesi.     Perform coil assembly, taping, clamping, and varnishing as required.
    Ensure proper inter-layer insulation and clearances are maintained.
    Assist in core assembly, stacking, and re-tightening of laminations.
    Conduct basic electrical checks such as continuity and resistance tests before tanking.
    Maintain workshop tools, winding machines, and equipment in good condition.
    Always maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop.
    Observe all safety and quality control procedures during repairs
