1. Job Title: Registrar
Reports to: The Executive Director/Principal
Overall Purpose:
To provide strategic leadership and management for the University’s academic registry, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of all student academic records and the seamless administration of academic policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire student lifecycle, from admission and registration to academic records, examination management, and graduation.
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures for the Registry department.
Ensure compliance with the University’s academic regulations, as well as those set by the Higher Education Authority and other relevant bodies.
Manage the preparation and publication of the University calendar, examination timetables, and academic transcripts.
Lead the admissions process, ensuring it is efficient, transparent, and aligned with the University’s mission.
Serve as the Secretary to the Senate and other key academic committees, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on decisions.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for the staff within the Registry department.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Master’s degree in Educational Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of progressive administrative experience in a university setting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a Registry or Academic Affairs department.
Proven experience in interpreting and applying legal frameworks, policies, and regulations related to academic administration and student affairs.
Demonstrated knowledge of university academic policies, student information systems (SIS), and data management best practices.

The Lab Technician is responsible for inspecting and testing incoming packaging materials, participating in trials, and resolving quality issues in plants. This role ensures all packaging meets required standards and specifications to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Inspect incoming packaging materials (e.g., Corrugated Boxes, Mono Cartons, Labels, Woven Sacks Etc).
· Conduct standard tests including Dimension, GSM, Bursting Strength, BCT etc.
· Benchmark packaging quality using market samples.
· Perform daily inspections of packaging processes.
· Address and resolve packaging related quality issues at plants and incoming.
· Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
· Update and maintain testing records and reports on a daily basis.

· Collaborate with Manager/supervisors to gather and analyze plants feedback and ensure timely closure.

· Receive, inspect, and verify materials (machinery and spare parts) against purchase orders and delivery notes.
· Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage in line with safety and quality standards.

· Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation.

Job Overview

· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
