    3.Be able to promptly follow up on violations (such as theft or failure to follow leave procedures), proactively report, and provide professional recommendations for next steps.
    4.Remain impartial and decisive, not swayed by employee emotions or pressure, and enforce company policies fairly and firmly
    Required Experience
     Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
    1. 5+ years of experience in employee relations, with around 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
    2. Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing operations (500employees)
    3. Solid understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolution processes

    Mission:

    Control and secure inventory; including warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet stacker, hand trucks)
    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring.
    Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfilment rates.
    Carries out cataloguing of all stock items as requested by end-users in line with established procedures and Data Cataloguing Standards.
    Liaises with end-users to ensure that catalogued items are properly described and include all relevant technical specifications to ensure correct supply of purchased items.
    Resolves any queries from suppliers relating to item descriptions/specifications by liaising with relevant end-users and checking of relevant data/information using manuals/internet.
    Carries out any authorised amendments to stock item descriptions including minimum and maximum stock levels.
    Carries out on-going stock catalogue maintenance to update the data to incorporate any changes that are relevant to proper inventory management.

    Ensure picking, checking and dispatching of end user orders and requirements.

  • Farm Manager at Masenga Farms

    Masenga Farms is one of Zambia’s leading agribusiness operations, specializing in fish farming, piggery, poultry, and hospitality. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations and drive growth across our livestock and crop production units.
    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage day-to-day operations of the farm (piggery, poultry, fish, and crops).

    Supervise farm workers and ensure proper animal welfare and feeding schedules.

    Maintain high standards of hygiene, biosecurity, and production efficiency.

    Monitor breeding, growth performance, and health of livestock.

    Prepare operational and production reports for management.

    Manage farm budgets, input usage, and inventory.

    Work closely with management to improve productivity and profitability.

    Requirements:

    Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
    Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing a farm (piggery & poultry experience essential).
    Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
    Basic computer literacy and record-keeping skills.
