    The Role

    Requirements

    Trade-qualified electrician diploma/Certificate
     Industrial license or trade test -recognized by Engineering Institute of Zambia
     2+ years’ experience
    Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
    Team player with strong communication and record-keeping skills.
    Physical ability to stand for extended shifts, and work in wet/cold environments common to poultry plants.

    Metal Fabricator
    The Role
    The incumbent will be  responsible for fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal components used in our poultry processing equipment -ensuring structural integrity, hygienic design, and compliance with food‑grade standards.
    Requirements

    Certificate/advanced /diploma in Metal Fabrication, Welding, or Mechanical Engineering
    2+ years in metal fabrication, ideally within food processing or industrial settings; poultry experience is an added advantage.
    EIZ membership.
    Skilled in interpreting drawings, metal cutting/shaping, welding, drilling, and finishing techniques
    Ability to fabricate to tight tolerances and ensure a hygienic finish.
    Capable of lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating tools and machinery safely.
    Problem-solving, teamwork, effective communication, reliability, and safety awareness.

    Mechanical Fitter
    The Role
    The incumbent will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment across our chicken processing facility. The role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted production, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and plant hygiene.
    Requirements

    Trade certificate/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Fitting, or equivalent
    2+ years’ experience
    EIZ Membership.
    Physically fit, methodical, with high attention to detail.
    Team player with strong communication, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
    Meticulous focus on quality to avoid fitment errors and ensure hygienic standards in food-processing equipment.
    Critical for reliable upkeep of conveyors, chillers, pumps, etc.
    Enables hygienic, tight-fitting equipment assemblies
