    We are looking for a Warehouse Audit Supervisor to join our team in Lusaka. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with relevant experience in warehouse operations and inventory audits.
    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
    Monitor and verify stock movements (inbound and outbound).
    Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
    Implement and maintain audit trails for all stock activities.
    Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper documentation and processes are followed.
    Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
    Support implementation of inventory management best practices.

    Qualifications & Educational Background:

    Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
    Professional certifications in auditing or inventory management will be an added advantage.

    Skills & Attributes Required:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse audit or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
    Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and stock management systems.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    High attention to detail and integrity.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
    Good communication and reporting skills.
    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities
    Accounting & Finance Oversight

    Supervise bank reconciliations, general ledger, and monthly closures.

    Coordinate with external consultants for tax filings, reporting, and statutory compliance.
    Oversee cost allocations, inventory registration, and provisions for clients and suppliers.

    Tax & Compliance

    Supervise ZRA tax payments, VAT, income tax, and transfer pricing.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and administrative functions. A background in the mining contractor industry is highly desirable.
    A hands-on leader with the ability to supervise, manage, and mentor a team while remaining actively involved in daily accounting operations.
    Strong and up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, including income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, payroll compliance, and the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing tax returns.
    Experience working with reputable consulting or accounting firms is an added advantage, along with a solid understanding of complex accounting systems and processes.
