The AUSC Region 5 Women Leadership Program (WLP) is a strategic initiative dedicated to empowering women in sport by developing their leadership capabilities, enhancing their visibility, and increasing their influence across the sport sector.
The WLP will equip aspiring women sport leaders with essential leadership, communication, and strategic skills through structured training, mentorship, and networking.
The ultimate goal is to cultivate a strong pipeline of competent and confident women leaders who will champion inclusive and sustainable development within sport at all levels.
