    PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
     
    The Specialist is expected to assist in implementing the BSE’s transformative strategy under Product Development, primarily with respect to conceptualizing and onboarding new and innovative instruments for mobilizing capital, implementing thought leadership initiatives, introducing new market access and distribution channels, and ultimately enhancing the BSE’s market capitalization, liquidity, diversity and vibrancy.
     
     
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
     
    – Contribute towards solving the problems, and capturing the opportunities, arising from the macro-economic and fiscal challenges
    – Initiate investment pitches and ideas for innovative financing opportunities
    – Assess and resolve structural impediments for improving efficiencies in capital raising, clearing and settlement, trading and market access
    – Assists in stakeholder management, policy advocacy and implementation of capital markets reforms
    – Prepare insightful periodic reports and updates on market performance including statutory reports key stakeholders such as MoF, NBFIRA, WFE, ASEA, SSE and the Board.
