The Projects Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the National Development Bank’s strategic initiatives during a significant period of digital transformation. This role is designed to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to various project teams, ensuring that development goals are met with efficiency and precision.
As the bank focuses on socio-economic transformation and economic diversification, the hire will be responsible for streamlining workflows, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Innovation. This position serves as a central point of contact for project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across various bank departments.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to ensure audit compliance.
Monitor project progress and alert management to potential risks or timeline deviations.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Support budget tracking and financial reporting for specific project initiatives.
Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of digital and operational projects.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably within a financial institution.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Trello, or Jira.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with digital transformation processes and agile project environments.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
