    The Projects Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the National Development Bank’s strategic initiatives during a significant period of digital transformation.     Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across various bank departments.
    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to ensure audit compliance.
    Monitor project progress and alert management to potential risks or timeline deviations.
    Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
    Support budget tracking and financial reporting for specific project initiatives.

    Requirements

    A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
    At least 3 years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably within a financial institution.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Trello, or Jira.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
    Familiarity with digital transformation processes and agile project environments.
    Analytical mindset with high attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.

  • NATIONAL CONTROL ROOM MANAGER

    G4S (Botswana) Ltd. Role Purpose: The Control Centre/Room Manager will be responsible for general oversight and management of the national control centre.

    Key Responsibilities

    Undertake to ensure that activations and requests are dealt with timeously and appropriately, with the necessary escalations taking place.
    Ensure proper processing of alarm calls from signal receipt to completion
    Ensure professional and standardized telephonic and radio communication within the NCC
    Ensure professional and standardized inter-colleague communication within the NCC
    Allocation and distribution of controller rosters.
    Efficient administration of control room records and reports
    Daily, weekly monthly reports to be submitted timeously
    Staff motivation levels
    Ensuring that performance assessments of all subordinate employees are conducted, and corrective action implemented where necessary.
    Ensuring that acceptable standards of behaviour at work are maintained by all subordinate employees, as required by G4S’s code of conduct and disciplinary code.
    Ensuring that all disciplinary actions are conducted in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
    Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year.
    Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks
    Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
    Discuss all safety incidents on all levels

    Requirements

    At least 10 years’ experience in security electronics industry, CCTV, access control
