The successful candidate will be gathering, verifying, and managing customer and field research data and will ensure its accuracy, integrity, and security.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection and Entry: This is the most important responsibility. Call customers as needed to collect information on their solar products and solar product use and impacts. Collect information on customer needs that are not being satisfied and record and relay this information to management. Accurately enter data into google forms or Excel spreadsheets and maintain spreadsheets of customer and research data.Quality Assurance: Monitor data collection processes in the field to ensure adherence to protocols, completeness, and accuracy. Implement spot-checks, audits, and validation procedures to reduce errors and inconsistencies.Data Management: Organize, clean, and securely store paper-based and electronic data.
