This role ensures that Team Members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance:Conduct regular audits and inspections across all departments to ensure adherence to company standards, SOPs, and regulations.Identify gaps in service or operational processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions.Training & Development:Organize, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff.Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.Support managers in coaching and mentoring Team Members to enhance skills and productivity.Continuous Improvement:Collaborate with department heads to implement quality improvement initiatives.Track performance indicators and provide regular updates to management.Ensure that best practices are consistently applied across all departments.Requirements / Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field.Proven experience in quality assurance, training, or operations within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and training management software.

    Shangri-La Le Touessrok is looking for a potential Electrical Supervisor to join the Engineering team to lead and coordinate the electrical team.
     
    Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise daily operation, maintenance and repair of all electrical systems in the hotel.Ensure uninterrupted power supply to guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, laundry and back-of-house facilities.Maintain and monitor – Main LT panels, sub-panels, DBs, Lighting systems (indoor, outdoor, façade, landscape), Power outlets and appliances, UPS systems and inverters, Generators and ATS systems.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedule.Assign and supervise daily tasks and monitor work quality and productivity.Ensure all electrical work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards.Maintain efficient lighting systems (LED, timers, sensors, dimmers).Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns promptly.Support renovation projects, room upgrades, and new installations.Liaise with contractors and vendors for electrical works and AMC services.Prepare reports on power consumption, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.Qualifications and Experience:2-5 years of experience in the hotel sector.Additional Requirements:Candidate should have experience in maintenance of lighting, HVAC electrical systems, elevators support systems and kitchen equipment.Candidate should be familiar with preventive maintenance schedules.Candidate should possess knowledge of energy-saving systems and automation (BMS is an advantage).Candidate should be able to work on shifts, weekends and on-call.Candidate should be well trained in electrical safety, fire safety and first aid.Candidate should have basic understanding of plumbing or HVAC systems.
