    REQUIREMENTS

    DUTIES 

    Land Use Compliance & Enforcement: Conduct site inspection to ensure compliance with land use regulations and zoning schemes. Responsible for the land use audit of the municipality.     Stakeholder Engagement & Liaison: Communicate with property owners, developers, and businesses regarding land use and zoning compliance.     KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
