    Your responsibilities
    Compliance

    Monitor and assess site operations to ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
    Responsible for identifying compliance gaps / assessment of the local SOP’s vs Reckitt global and local regulatory requirements
    Support the development, review, and implementation of quality and compliance-related procedures.

    Audit & Regulatory Support

    Assist in preparing the site for internal, external, and regulatory inspections by co-ordination of self-inspection program at site which includes developing risk-based audit plans, ensures capable auditors available and capable.
    Support the coordination of audits (internal, external and regulatory), including gathering documentation, ensuring timely responses, assist with coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
    The role will be forefront for audit preparations and leading as an auditee for the audits received on site.
    This can include internal (Cross & Global) and external audits (ISO 9001, local reg).
    Support quality assurance teams with performing audits at third party manufacturers, raw and pack suppliers and other service suppliers.
    Support in tracking and coordination of CAPA of key KPI’s closure for HSE /HR ect

    Documentation & Quality Management Systems (QMS)

    Ensure full compliance of timely management of documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
    Monitor, track and trend quality records in QMS, including deviations, non-conformances, CAPAs, and change controls.
    Review and approve site SOPs, work instructions, and quality forms.
    Support in management review for the overall site whereby collating information on key performance indicators

     Training & Awareness

    Deliver or support quality and compliance training for site personnel.
    Promote a culture of quality, risk awareness, and continuous improvement across the site.
    Support onboarding of new staff on compliance expectations and key quality processes.

    Continuous Improvement

    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional compliance projects.
    Analyse compliance trends to recommend and implement process improvements.
    Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies to strengthen site compliance

    The experience we’re looking for

    A formal degree or diploma in BSc Science, Pharmaceuticals, Food Science, ND: Food Technology, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry
    4-6 years’ experience in QMS of Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and/or FMCG industry
    Experience with audits, QMS platforms, and regulatory environments
    Lead Auditor Experience preferred
    Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, GDP, industry-specific regs).
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
    Sound communication and interpersonal abilities including presentation skills, listening, writing, oral
    Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and accountability.
    Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
    Comfortable with digital quality systems and documentation tools

    Job Description    

    Lead and manage the origination and development of investment opportunities in the Water & Sanitation sector. The Head: Water & Sanitation is responsible for formulating sector strategies, identifying and evaluating viable projects, and ensuring alignment with the bank’s development mandate and investment objectives. The role also drives client engagement, fosters strategic partnerships, and leads the development of market-responsive financial products.

    Key Responsibilities    
    Strategic Leadership

    Develop and lead the water and sanitation origination strategy, aligned with national and regional development priorities, including universal access, climate resilience, water security, and sustainable sanitation.
    Originate bankable and early-stage projects across public and private infrastructure sectors, in line with the Bank’s development finance mandate and long-term strategic objectives.
    Align the project pipeline with strategic investment themes such as water resource management, sanitation infrastructure, circular economy, and measurable development outcomes.

    Deal Origination

    Lead the early-stage identification, conceptualisation, and screening of water and sanitation projects and investment proposals to assess technical, commercial, developmental, and strategic viability, laying a solid foundation for project origination.
    Develop and manage a high-quality, diversified origination pipeline, progressing projects from concept to preparation phase in line with the Bank’s mandate.
    Collaborate with internal teams to maintain pipeline quality, momentum, and alignment with institutional investment and development priorities.
    Drive targeted outreach and client engagement strategies, focusing on municipalities, water utilities, private sector entities, and cross-border stakeholders in the water and sanitation space.

    Summary

    The Senior Electrical Designer (12-month Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for supervising a team of electrical designers and assisting in the development and production of 2D/3D drawing deliverables.     Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications and Experience (Essential):

    Operational Systems:

    Identifies reasons for staff non-conformance (e.g. training required, managing poor performance, refusal to obey lawful instruction, absenteeism) and takes appropriate action.
    Monitors processes and changes and ensures that corrective action has been taken in the event of a non-conformance.
    Co-ordinates the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and world class principles in the factory

    Safety:

    Job Purpose

    To oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods during the night, thereby meeting customer service levels and reducing costs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy Execution:

    Work closely with the Logistics Manager and the transport management team to ensure the delivery of an integrated supply chain benefit and strategic target achievement.
    Drive the implementation of improvements in warehouse operations to achieve significant gains in efficiency.
    Ensure the implementation of warehouse operations and maintenance policies and procedures throughout the hub.
    Manage the system for keeping stock control systems up to date and plan future capacity requirements based on forward planning.

    Operations Management:

    Control and monitor inventory levels and replenishment processes.
    Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse(s) by planning and implementing new design layouts in conjunction with the Day Manager; inspecting facilities and equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
    Manage warehouse operational requirements by deploying warehouse operational employees and following up on work results.
    Continuously consider cost reducing strategies over all activities of the warehouse.
    Manage the housekeeping of the warehouse(s).
    Manage the system of picking, checking and loading to ensure productivity and compliance targets are met.
    Ensures that all tasks, activities and operations that are carried out on the night shift are coordinated with day duties and activities.
    Effectively and in a timely manner communicate with the Logistics Manager and Day Warehouse Manager regarding any issues, exceptions or problems occurring on the nightshift that warrant their attention.
    Ensure customer orders are filled and placed on trucks in the proper order as described in the loading procedures.
    Ensure that all orders leaving the warehouse are correctly packed and damage free.
    Manage the execution of the transport plan.
    Perform regular system health checks regarding replenishments, transfers, returns not completed. 

    Warehouse Maintenance Management:

    Oversee the planned and unplanned maintenance of warehouse equipment.

    Risk Management:

    Ensure ISO compliance throughout the warehouse(s), including health and safety and food safety.
    Conduct daily health inspections and risk compliance inspections incorporating:
    Forklift inspections.
    Lighting inspections.
    Reach truck inspections.
    Facility inspections.
    Damaged stock.
    Participate in the risk committee and in HIRA work studies.
    Ensure warehouse compliance with all national and provincial legislation and regulations, international SHERQ standards and with company policy.
    Ensure the safeguarding of warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

    Team Management:

    Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback.
    Coach and support the team where necessary to achieve objectives.
    Lead the team towards meeting the strategy and targets through regular communication and utilisation of the full organisational talent management tool set.
    Address poor performance in individuals and teams in accordance with company policy and the relevant legislation.
    Conduct regular meetings and ensure that records are kept and shared across the team and that action plans agreed to within team meetings are delivered upon.

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required for the Job

    Qualifications and Experience

    Matric (Grade 12).
    Diploma or degree in Warehouse/Logistics Management.
    Valid Code EB drivers’ licence.
    Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a warehouse and transport/distribution environment.
    At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role within warehouse operations (essential).
    Proven experience managing inbound, outbound and transport functions simultaneously.

    Experience working in a high-volume, FMCG or cold chain environment (highly advantageous).
    Skills and Competencies

    System skills (SAP MM and BW, MS Office skills prerequisite).
    Strong operational leadership and team management capability.
    Ability to drive performance against KPIs (productivity, service levels, accuracy).
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost reduction.

    High level of planning, coordination and organisational skills.
