    Activities
    External Communications

    Manage all external communication activities with applicable stakeholders i.e Media and others
    Manage external engagement with the media i.e press conferences, media statements and or responding on behalf of the organisation to media queries.

    Internal communications

    Brand

    Support the on-going positioning of the TotalEnergies Brand & Communication strategy and act as a brand custodian.
    Manage cross-functional campaigns (Retail, B2B, CSI and Lubs etc) to ensure brand identity compliance in overall marketing communications including but not limited to ATL, BTL, PR, Digital, website, events, instore-POS.
    Monitor competitive activities and industry trends and offers insights to support business objectives
    Maintain a timeline for all marketing activities and keep the brand team on deadline.
    Manage marketing campaign assets development and approvals trafficking.
    Maintain ongoing, open communication and updates to all functional areas i.e Retail marketing, operations, B2B, Sales communication, Sales, PR, Promotions, Media, Creative, Finance etc.
    Assist in managing external agencies and cross functional teams for marketing plan execution, budget & results tracking/analysis, PR/external communications. Further assist in managing agency status meetings and reporting.
    Work closely with Brand & PR Manager to ensure maximum positive exposure for all campaigns, product launches and sponsorships in the market.
    Assist in creating and delivering an effective PR & Communication strategy for the brand to maximise exposure and leverage the brand within budget parameters to achieve the overall business objectives.
