    We invite suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Group Lending Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the area portfolio and ensuring targets are achieved in line with organizational objectives, overseeing team operations, supervising area staff, and focusing on risk management and effectiveness of the area.
    Responsibilities

    Preparing team monthly, quarterly, and yearly target plans and conducting monthly meetings with the team.
    Following up and visiting at least two groups per month.
    Preparing and following up on community organizers’ daily activities both in the field and office, and verifying member admission, loan schemes, and necessary paper documents as per requirements.
