    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee day to day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
    Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal accounting standards.
    Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    Manage internal and external audits.
    Develop and implement internal financial controls and processes.
    Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCRA, or equivalent certification preferred).
    Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role ( include minimum 2 years experience in FMCG).
    Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

    Your Qualifications and Competencies Minimum Requirements:

    Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA (Tanzania NBAA) or equivalent international certification.
    MBA, MPH, or related post-graduate qualification is an added advantage.
    Minimum 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior financial leadership roles.Proven experience in strategy, donor reporting, grants management, and financial sustainability planning.
    Strong understanding of Tanzanian and international financial regulations and compliance standards.
