    Principle Responsibilities

    Define and own the IAM strategy and roadmap, aligning capabilities (Access Management, UAM, PAM) with cybersecurity priorities, business objectives, and regulatory obligations.

    Maintain comprehensive IAM/UAM documentation—procedures, playbooks, runbooks, and user guides—and ensure they are current and version-controlled.
    Own and administer the enterprise PAM platform, including vaulting strategy, policy configuration, integrations, and platform health/availability.
    Ensure complete and continuous onboarding of privileged accounts (human and non-human) into PAM with appropriate classifications and controls.

    MAIN PURPOSE
    Supervising and monitoring the implementation of the daily mechanical servicing activities in the capital and project according to MSF standards, protocols and procedures in order to ensure the efficient run-ning of the workshop and the mission’s vehicles and motorized engines
    ACCOUNTABILITIES
    ·         Supervising and monitoring on a day-to-day basis the implementation of the mechanical servicing activities in the mission ensuring compliance to MSF standards, protocols and procedures.  This includes the following tasks:
    ·         Ensuring the mechanical repairs and maintenance of the vehicles and motorized engines (generators, motor pumps, etc.). Supervising, organizing, and planning the schedule for the periodic servicing of all vehicles (corrective, predictive and preventive) and motorized engines both for the capital and field, in order to ensure optimal working conditions of the fleet and extend its longevity
    ·         Following the Logbook and to ensure safe working conditions, supervising the services performed by the mechanics, assistant mechanics, drivers and or trainee agents and if necessary, performing the special and complex services referred to in the logbook deciding whether a vehicle requires an urgent or unscheduled intervention
    ·         Managing, organizing and identifying the spare parts, consumables and tools required by the fleet and his/her team, evaluating local providers suitability and placing the corresponding order to ensure on time delivery, cost efficiency and quality. Monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries of spare parts and consumables (fuels, lubricants, etc.) and informing the line manager of stock levels on a weekly basis, in order to ensure availability and rationale use as well as a continuous delivery service between the capital and field

    Job Summary
    Ifakara Health Institute through CARECHAIN – NCD Project is seeking Assistant Field Officer. The Assistant Field Officer will work in collaboration with the existing team within the clinical research platform of Heart and Lung Clinic, CDCI, Emergency department, and IMC-SFRH in the implementation of the CARECHAIN – NCD project in Kilombero valley and Bagamoyo District. This position is open for internal applicants, if you feel you meet the required criterial of this role you are encouraged to apply.
    Responsibility:
    Responsibilities
    Provide health education to individual patient, group of people, in mass media and during community outreach events.
    Participate in quantitative and qualitative data collection in studies conducted at Heart and Lung Clinic.
    Tracking of patients who do not come for their follow up visit in collaboration with the community health workers.
    Be ready to work on any other relevant duties allocated by the project principal investigator/ project leader.
    Provide health education and counselling services to patients with Non-communicable diseases at the different facilities in Kilombero valley and Bagamoyo District.

    Qualification Required:

    Position: Seed Production Lead
    Reports to: Operations Manager
    Position Type: Staff Position
    Job Location: Arusha, Tanzania
    Objective of the Role:
    To coordinate, supervise, and actively participate in all seed production activities from nursery through seed extraction, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations. The role requires a hands-on, lead-by-example approach, working alongside teams in the field to uphold high seed quality, full traceability, strict compliance with hygiene and farm protocols, and efficient use of labour and resources.
    Main Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and oversee nursery activities, block preparation, transplanting, crop maintenance, pollination, harvesting, and seed extraction processes.
    Plan, organise, personally oversee and participate in pollination and emasculation activities in line with approved crop production programs.
    Coordinate closely with Operations, Post-Harvest, and Quality teams to ensure seamless execution of seed production plans.
    Manage labour allocation and productivity by leading from the front, demonstrating correct work methods, discipline and adherence to protocols on all seed production activities.
    Oversee stock management of seed production consumables and materials.
    Support health, safety, hygiene, compliance initiatives within seed production areas.
    Prepare reports, highlight deviations or risks, and recommend corrective actions to management.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Diploma or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture or a related field.
    Bachelor’s degree holders require 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience, while Diploma holders require at least 7 years’ experience in seed, crop, or horticultural production.
    Strong understanding of hygiene protocols, and contamination prevention measures.
    Proven ability to lead teams through direct involvement, allocate labour effectively, and coordinate multiple production activities simultaneously.
    Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and traceability requirements.
    Good communication and coordination skills with proficiency in English and Swahili languages, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office applications and production record systems.
