The Clinical and Wellness Officer is responsible for the delivery and coordination of primary healthcare, emergency first response, and workforce wellness services across project sites in Zambia, with cross-border operational support into the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The role ensures the effective functioning of site-based clinics and first aid stations, providing timely medical response, occupational health support, and holistic employee wellbeing services in remote and high-risk operational environments.
Beyond clinical care, the position plays a key role in promoting mental health, psychosocial wellbeing, and preventative healthcare across the workforce, while also supporting approved community health and outreach initiatives.
This is a dual-function role combining clinical healthcare delivery and structured wellness support, requiring a proactive, compassionate, and field-oriented healthcare professional capable of operating independently while aligning closely with HSSE, medical, and operational standards.
The role is based in Mwense, Zambia, with travel to operational sites as required, including the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Key Requirements for the Position:

Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field
Valid and active HPCZ and/or GNC registration
Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational health, emergency response, site clinics, or remote healthcare environments
Certified training in counselling, psychosocial support, or mental health support will be an added advantage
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ALS, Trauma Care, or Emergency First Aid certification advantageous
Experience in primary healthcare, first aid, occupational health, wellness programmes, or community healthcare initiatives
Strong clinical judgement, interpersonal, counselling, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently in remote and high-pressure operational environments
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Valid driver’s licence required
Fluency in English and Bemba
Must be a Zambian National.

Position Summary
The Finance Executive provides support to the call center in expense management, cash flow management; preparation of monthly expense reports; maintaining updated books of accounts; preparing finance reports; and compliance of regulatory matters. The Finance Executive will also work closely with Corporate office in the annual audit process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Prepares statutory Returns eg, NHIMA, NAPSA and PAYE .
b. Ensures payments and records are accurate.
c. Manages petty cash transactions; records and reconciliations.
d. Manages credit payments and follows up on collections.
e. Maintains up to date books of account.
f. Undertakes bank reconciliation of bank statements .
g. Verifies all vendor payments against agreements.
h. Prepares salary disbursement data .
i. Prepares finance related management information reports in line with operational metrics.
j. Undertakes reconciliation of accounts and ledgers.
k. Participates in finance audits.
l. Ensures timely payment of employees, vendors and suppliers.
m. Ensures submission of correct invoice to clients and follows up on. collection as per terms of contract.
n. Ensures statutory compliance at all time with zero tolerance to default. o. Attends to banking matters for day to day financial activities.
p. Supports corporate office in finalization of books of accounts.
q. Preparation and submission of ZRA smart invoices to clients .
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 
 Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills and Competencies

Effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with multi disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Certifications: Professional licenses or certifications such as Engineering Institution of Zambia, (EIZ).
Experience: Prior experience in HVAC system design, installation, or maintenance is preferred, with senior roles requiring leadership in project delivery.
