    JOB PURPOSE
    Assist in managing overall operations and are responsible for the effective and successful management of tanker drivers.
    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1.    Dispatch: Send out detailed and timely loading orders to drivers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with transportation requirements.
    2.    Tracking Reports: Send out daily tracking reports by 09:00 hours to all clients, providing updates on the fleet’s status, progress, and any delays.
    3.    Loading and offloading: Expedite loading, border crossing, and offloading procedures to minimize delays and ensure the timely delivery of goods.
    4.    Demurrage Management: Handle and process demurrage requests after 3 days of delays or as per contractual terms, ensuring all protocols are followed.
    5.    Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate documentation of all trips and operations, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
    6.    Accounting: Generate and maintain expense reports of all driver activity from loading, transportation, border-crossing and offloading.
    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Diploma in Transport and Logistics or related field.
    At least 2 years’ work experience as an operations assistant, dispatch officer, or logistics officer in a logistics company (experience with fuel tankers will be an added advantage).
    Must have operational knowledge of dispatching, cross-border transportation, regulatory requirements such as ZRA, ZEMA, ERB, basic accounting and offloading procedures.
    Must be a resident of Ndola or willing to relocate.
