    Key Responsibilities

    Identify and generate new sales leads through fieldwork, referrals, social media, and networking.
    Promote Marisfield Energies’ solar products and services to potential customers.
    Conduct product presentations and site visits to assess client needs.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and quotations.
    Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

     
    Requirements

    Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate (a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage).
    Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, electrical, or related industries.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Basic understanding of solar products is an advantage (training will be provided).

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Lead Internal Audit’s annual risk assessment and enterprise risk assessment and planning process to develop the audit plan and ensure the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the bank.

    Oversee the execution of individual audits defined in the audit plan ensuring the highest level of service quality.

    Oversee and/or lead some audits at a Group level as required from time to time.
