    This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources, working directly with our HR Consultant to support daily operations and strategic HR initiatives, including managing staff KPIs to drive performance and accountability.
    Key Responsibilities

    Assist in recruitment activities, including shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
    Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.
    Support onboarding and induction of new staff.
    Assist in organizing training and development programs.
    Help ensure compliance with company HR policies and Zambian labor laws.
    Assist in tracking, updating, and reporting on staff KPIs for all departments.
    Collaborate with department heads to ensure KPI data is accurate and up to date.
    Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) – attach proof of membership.
    Strong understanding of HR metrics and performance management is an advantage.
    Knowledge of Zambian labor laws is an advantage.
    Strong organizational and communication skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
    Must live in Woodlands or the surrounding areas.

    Internship Details

    Duration: 6 months (with possibility of further engagement based on performance).
