Qualifications and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferably an associate’s degree in hotel or institutional food preparation.)• Must be willing to move around constantly, day and night as well as work additional shifts and holidays.• Demonstrated understanding of and ability to operate basic food service equipment safely and effectively.• Baking experience of at least 2 years is required.• Understanding of food safety practices.• Self-motivated and adaptable with a high level of energy for multi-tasking• Strong communication skills, ability to manage time and resources, and general planning.
