POSITION Placé sous l’autorité du Responsable support 2. MISSIONS PERMANENTESNiveaux de responsabilité :Garant des SLA au sein de l’équipe sur le domaine de compétence. Animateur de la Base de connaissance et arbre de décision. Missions :Prise en charge des incidents sur COUPA (traitements ou escalade vers le bon groupe) dans les temps (SLA) avec une mise à jour régulière de l’outil de suivi.Mise à jour des connaissances, suivi des indicateurs liés au domaine de référence.Evaluation et mise à jour des priorités suivant la période.Assurer le transfert de compétence vers le N1 et en assurer le suivi.Domaine de référence :Rechercher et mettre en place des améliorations au quotidien, notamment dans la traçabilité et dans la détection des anomalies.Identifier les besoins (formations, documentations, etc.) pour améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et participer à la mise en place des outils.Suivi de la satisfaction utilisateur.Respecter les procédures qualité en vigueur.  3. Profil recherchéDe formation BAC +2/3, vous justifiez d’une première expérience professionnelle probante dans un poste similaireVous avez un esprit logique et êtes organisé ce qui vous permet d’identifier rapidement les problèmes des utilisateurs.Vous communiquez parfaitement en Français et en anglais tant à l’orale qu’à l’écrit.  4.
